September 11th is the anniversary of SenateAnon who singled out the Shriners for running sex blackmail rings through a secret society within the Shriners known as the Royal Order of Jesters (ROJ) and the Sovereign Order of Brothers in Blood (SOBIB)
SenateAnon specifically singled out the Biliken Property Management Group building at Adams Morgan in Washington D.C. that housed a restaurant called Perry's which was known to have blackmailed the executive editor of the Washington Post, Leonard Downie, with a lapdance from a tranny. Every Sunday Perry's hosts a transgender brunch (note the hearts-within-hearts symbol) where activity like this occurs...
In 1908 a mysterious rotund figure appeared to Missouri art teacher, Florence Pretz, in a dream. She drew the character and named it the Billiken...Pretz patented the design (the first ever patented god) and sold it to The Billiken Company of Chicago.
The Billiken is big in Japan https://mondomascots.com/index.php/2017 ... -billiken/Traditional Japanese/Sushi, Rooftop dining & bar in Adams Morgan. Home of famous Sunday Drag Brunch.

A Kushi Position: The Japanese restaurant says it's on track to repay the District for back taxes and keep its doors open. (James M. Thresher for the Washington Post)
To the city, revoking Kushi’s sales tax certificate and shutting down the place was the last resort. Tax officials had apparently tried to contact the restaurant “multiple times” about its payment problems, says Bill Bowie, senior counsel for the Office of Tax and Revenue. But they were hearing crickets in return.
The District government, after all, had already shown mercy with Kushi. Earlier this year, Bowie notes, the city put the restaurant's owners on a repayment plan for back sales taxes totalling slightly more than $129,000. Both sides, Kushi and the District, had agreed that the izakaya and sushi emporium would not only remit its regular sales tax receipts but also repay $10,000 a month to settle its back taxes. Both payments were due on the 20th of each month.
According to co-owners Darren Lee Norris and Ari Kushimoto Norris, Kushi had actually remitted its June payments — but a good 10 days past the deadline....
