
This one needs no translations. It looks like what it is.

"Equality is the work of everyone" (here's sth that cannot be quite translated. In Spanish we have masculine and feminine pronouns. So when you want to say everyone, you usually say "todos"; using masculine as generic rather than "todos y todas" (using both pronouns, a phrase which became the trademark of the kirchnerist movement). Next to it there's a sign that says "Men at work".
