After using adrenoxyl (adrenochrome monosemicarbazone) in the premedication for certain surgical operations for over a year a clinical impression was formed that when adrenoxyl had been given there was considerably less bleeding than if it had not been used, the same anasthetic technique notwithstanding.

Adrenoxyl (adrenochrome monosemicarbazone) is a stabilised form of adrenochrome... Adrenochrome was first isolated by Green and Richter1 by oxidising adrenaline, and was shown to produce capillary hamostasis as effectively as adrenaline2 although its instability rendered it unsuitable for use in human therapeutics.

This difficulty was overcome by the preparation of a stabilised form of adrenochrome, the monosemicarbazone of adrenochrome

(adrenoxyl). This, like adrenochrome, produces capillary haemostasis without exerting any of the actions characteristic of adrenaline on

cardiac frequency, blood pressure or respiration. Moreover adrenoxyl has no effect on blood coagulation.

The present study suggests a further biological role of myeloperoxidase in the promotion of healing. At a site of trauma or phlogosis, where there is an accumulation of body fluids, which normally lie within the range from neutral to slightly or moderately alkaline, or where the environment becomes neutral to slightly alkaline, the myeloperoxidase released from neutrophils 19,20) functions as part of a system generating adrenochrome. This, in turn, may participate in wound healing by promoting the formation of a blood clot and/or scab by radical polymerization, forming a melanin-like substance 1), and resulting in the acceleration of hemostasis.

The acute hemodynamic effects of organophosphate (OP) intoxication include positive chronotropic and inotropic changes and increases in intraventricular pressure and coronary blood flow. Several mechanisms have been proposed to explain the cardiotoxicity of elevated catecholamine (CA) concentrations; however, it may be the oxidative metabolites, rather than the parent CAs per se, that initiate cardiotoxicity. The chromatographic profile ofadrenochrome and adrenolutin in an isocratic, reverse phase HPLC method using UV/VIS and EC detection is described in this study.

Henry Markram is a professor at Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Switzerland and was educated at Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. The President of Weizman Institute is the Belgian-Israeli Daniel Zajfman who has been a Director at Max Planck Society the reformed Nazi Kaiser Wilhelm Society and Henry Markram was also a member. The Israeli scientist Daniel Zajfman runs a renamed Nazi founded scientific institute. The electronic grid has been weaponized and programmed with the General Neural Simulation System also called Genesis to enable frequencies to hack into the brain and physiology. Lipid Peroxidation in Psychiatric Illness: Overview of Clinical Evidence - https://www.hindawi.com/journals/omcl/2014/828702/

The brain is known to be sensitive to oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. While lipid peroxidation has been shown to contribute to many disease processes, its role in psychiatric illness has not been investigated until recently. In this paper, we provide an overview of lipid peroxidation in the central nervous system as well as clinical data supporting a link between lipid peroxidation and disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder. These data support further investigation of lipid peroxidation in the effort to uncover therapeutic targets and biomarkers of psychiatric disease.

In their 1954 manuscript, Hoffer, Osmond, and Smythies purported that a highly reactive “adrenochrome” was involved in the evolution of schizophrenia symptoms. Although this adrenochrome hypothesis was quickly shown to be inadequate, oxidative insults to the brain in schizophrenia have continued to be explored.
