Lord Kenneth Baker

Lord Kenneth Baker C.H. (Chairman) was a Conservative Member of Parliament from 1968 to 1997. Kenneth was the first Minister for Information Technology, responsible for introducing computers into schools, privatizing British Telecom and Cable & Wireless, and establishing the cable industry. His Cabinet posts included Environment Secretary, Education Secretary, Home Secretary and Kenneth was Chairman of the Conservative Party. Lord Baker is currently non-executive director of Genting Stanley Plc and the Chairman of Trilantic Capital Partners' Europe Advisory Council. He is Chairman of the Edge Foundation, championing technical, practical and vocational learning, and the Baker Dearing Educational Trust promoting and setting up a network of University Technical Colleges, Vice Chairman of The Cartoon Museum, and a Trustee of the Booker Prize Foundation. Kenneth was awarded a Companion of Honour in 1992 and awarded a peerage in 1997.

Sir David Arculus

Sir David Arculus has experience in four particular areas. In the Telecoms and Utilities space he was Chairman of O2 up until 2006, when he became a director of Telefonica, having led O2’s merger with that company. He has also served as Chairman of Severn Trent, the water and waste group. In the financial world he is Chairman of Numis, the stock broking and investment company, and prior to that served as a non-executive director of Barclays for almost ten years. David also has extensive media experience, having been Group Managing Director of EMAP, Chief Operating Officer of United Business Media, and Chairman of Earls Court and Olympia. He currently Chairs four media companies, which are backed by private equity/sovereign wealth. David has experience of the Public Sector from his four years as Chairman of the UK Governance Better Regulation Task Force up to 2006. He achieved a number of reforms of regulation working alongside the then Prime Minister, Tony Blair, and currently serves as an advisor to the Conservative Party on improving regulation.

Andrew Baker

Andrew Baker has worked in the global food industry since 1982. He has held senior executive positions with Cadbury Schweppes, Tate & Lyle and Premier Brands, managing businesses in India, Middle East, France, Netherlands, Canada and throughout Africa. In the UK, Baker spent four years working for HRH The Prince of Wales, as CEO of Duchy Originals, an organic foods company, and as Director of the Prince’s Social Enterprises. More recently, he became the first non-family CEO of Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate. Baker was a member of the board of MW Brands, Trilantic’s former portfolio company, and currently chairs a number of family food businesses in the UK, as well as a charity in Kenya.

Marco Costaguta

Marco Costaguta is the President and founder of Long Term Partners since June 2012. He is member of the Management Board of S.Quirico and ERG, member of the Board of Directors of Holcim Group Italia, Rimorchiatori Riuniti and Riello SpA, and member of the Investment Committee at Fondo Strategico Italiano and of the Scientific Committee at AIDAF (Association of Italian Family Business). From 1989 to 2012 he was Director of Bain & Company, where he led strategic, operations, and organization projects in the following areas: FMCG, Retailing, Process Industries, Information Technology, Publishing, Private Equity. John Danilovich

John Danilovich is a U.S. diplomat and, until April 2018, the Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former ambassador to Brazil and Costa Rica and was the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, an innovative foreign aid agency of the United States Government, from 2005-2009. Danilovich also served on the Board of the Panama Canal Commission and was Chairman of the Transition between the US and Panamanian governments. For several decades, John has had a successful career in the international maritime industry and has held directorships in a number of shipping related companies. Ambassador Danilovich is presently a non-executive director of d'Amico International Shipping and of Engyco PLC and is on the Council of the Harvard School of Public Health, a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and of the American Academy of Diplomacy. He has received a number of national and international awards.
