While the origin of the passport is speculative, they do hit the nail on the head as to what was going on in that period of time. As for the rest, there is proof offered of the claims, and a link provided . One example is Ghislaine's father, Robert Maxwell. This article asserts he was involved with the PROMIS software affair and there is substantial proof he was.

Israel's participation and activity in this trafficking and the plot to destroy America has become more than evident to me.
