Google street view image I stumbled upon while researching pizzagte. Notice how the fence is a security fence at the top which is usually used to keep people off private property. The only time the security fence would be slanted inwards would be to keep someone from escaping the property. This fence appears to also be either barbed wire, or electric at the the top which indicates they are very serious about keeping someone contained. Then there is what could be a person sitting on the ground, covered in dirt and leaves, with a bloodied face. The face almost looks like it has had all the skin taken off. This home is located in Porter Ranch, CA. Porter Ranch may be the unluckiest place in the world to live. In 2008, The Senson wildfire caused almost $8,000,000 in damage. In 2015 the biggest methane gas leak in history occurred. These 2 diseasters forced most of the residents to get out of town. The company responsible for the gas leak is So. Cal Gas Company. They supply the city of Los Angeles with all of there natural gas.
