NOW TO THE IMPORTANT PART OF MY POINT, "Project Pegasus" ; according to the Webre/Eisenhower/Bossagio disinfo group, Was DARPA project, which they have been talking about for over a decade, which revolves around Time Travel, and using it to look ahead at what the future presidents would/could be across different timelines.
