And the point is that the real estate listing says:
TWO FLOORS!!!
That means we can safely infer that Comet has a basement too since these listings are now proven accurate!

Comet sort of has two floors, the back room is down some steps and walks out to the parking lot in back, which is a lower level.

No. We've been through this before in my other threads. Steps up or down are not considered a story. You have to be able to walk and live UNDER the other story with at least six feet of clearance for it to be considered a separate story. A sunken room or raised platform is not a story -- not.
