Oh, dear freakin' Lord!!! What a way to spend a Saturday, but I found it!!! Definitive proof that Bucks Camping and Fishing has a BASEMENT!!!
drum roll
Here's the article:
http://www.philly.com/philly/food/restaurants/20130822_San_Marzanos_vs__juicy_local_heirlooms.html
And I quote:
"Like Pastan, James Alefantis, owner of Comet Ping Pong in D.C., doesn't build his pizza sauce with DOP San Marzanos. For seven years, he has been buying late-harvest tomatoes from Toigo Orchards in Shippensburg, Pa., and canning them at nearby Stello Foods for use at Comet. Last year, Alefantis estimates, he bought 12 tons of Toigo tomatoes, which Stello turned into sauce and canned before trucking the jars to the basement at Buck's Fishing & Camping, Alefantis' other restaurant nearby."
Can I get a hallelujah and amen?

When did he or anyone ever deny Buck's had a basement?
UglyTruth ago
"They ignore basic truths," Alefantis tells BBC Trending. For instance, the conspiracy supposedly is run out of the restaurant's basement. "We don't even have a basement."

Right. If he wasn't trying to hide the fact, he would have just said 'we use a basement at Buck's.'

Yes, "we", Comet Ping Pong, the restaurant at the center of Pizzagate. Comet does not have a basement.
UglyTruth ago
Yes, according to Alefantis, Bucks Hunting & Fishing has a basement but Coment Ping Pong does not.

You both are shills rewriting history and you're again missing the point.
Look at the godd*mned real estate listings. I've included links for both properties. Both Comet and Bucks are listed as having TWO stories. TWO ... not one. While some speculated the two stories reflected a story that had been torn down, this validates that the levels were counted and a level includes a basement.
So in proving Bucks has a basement, we prove that Comet has one also. Otherwise the number of stories would reflect the difference.

This. Yes!
This proves that Bucks has a basement, that Comet has a basement (because of an identical property listing), and that Alefantis is a big fat liar!

Proves the first. Doesn't prove the second. It's evidence towards the second.
And the reason I say it doesn't prove the second is I was thinking there might be scenarios like the one mentioned just below. I don't know how that would be represented on the real estate documents.

There's another thread that looks into this...

Most likely bc that strip would have been built at the same time presumably and then divided into businesses. It would be very odd for a commercial real estate company to only require the build out of one basement in the stretch of real estate. Possible, but highly unlikely. What we need are original construction records. When were the buildings built? By who and are those records located at the tax assessors office maybe? Permits?

Youre probably right... sitting in the filing cabinet of another corrupt burocrat. The owners of Thai Room which opened in 1972 where CPP is now, of course they would know... but i bet they wouldnt talk and i wouldnt blame them.

The other question may be, why store it at Buck's if you have a basement at comet and they are ingredients used for comet? Two possibilities, there's no basement at Comet or the basement is used for something else.

he was talking about comet ping pong
