XXX really shouldn't be on a veg diet, but you can't convince her of that. Vegan diet is anti-scientific. not just because of evolution but also because it causes severe nutritional deficiencies that cause death. Veganism causes B12, D and other micro and macromineral deficiencies. Part of it is because of how we grow food, but the other part of it is a fact that we are omnivores that require eating meat to obtain certain required nutrients B12 and D being those.

As I dug deeper into veganism as a "anarchist, luciferian political movement", I made many many other connections that are too long for this already WAY too long email, which I'm CC'ing my friend in Colorado so that at least one person will read and understand and appreciate this email and the work I do. Sorry to say. These diet trendies are crazy. A diet isn't a lifestyle. You use it and then you stop. Or you have a very deep understanding of your lifestyle that you can explain beyond the optics of doing it as a shibboleth for group membership (peer pressure based diet-lifestyle). And their biggest problem is not simply they are mind controlled but that they are pathologically uncurious. It's such a deep shame to me. Because the world is absolutely fascinating. It's so wonderful to learn new things on your own, and connect these things to what you know, weaving a tapestry of understanding. These people are missing out on that

I'll say one final thing about veganism. And I've experience this myself: if you don't get enough B12, you will develop b12 deficient anemia. And some of the symptoms are aggression, confusion, hallucinations and very specifically delusions (f.e.a.r - false evidence or events appearing real)

Now how many of those people in ANTIFA and BLM are vegans? How many in BLM are wiccans? Are any of them vegan wiccans? Oh? 90%?

Everything I'm telling you is aprovable fact if you look it up for yourself.

And what's funny is that there are vegans who drive around with honda civics with a bumpersticker with an inverted anarchy symbol (turns the A of anarchy to a "V" for vegan) and it says "HAIL SEITAN" -- it's kind of a wink to the relationship. Seitan is that weird fried wheat gluten meat substitute crap. It's absolutely awful. There are plenty of these types in Asheville, but they' don't know the relationships I'm telling you here, now.
