Reading US Senate Anon's posts from fall of 2017...came on before Q. In one he mentions OPERATION POPEYE. Quick search shows it was (yeah, right) a highly classified weather modification program in Southeast Asia during 1967–1972. Purpose: to extend monsoon season in Vietnam specifically over areas of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Allegedly sponsored by Secretary of State Henry Kissinger and CIA without the authorization of then Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird who had categorically denied to Congress that a program for modification of the weather for use as a tactical weapon even existed.
Fuck all you DS people. THIS is what you've done to TX, FL, Puerto Rico, et al. causing loss of life & property. Probably also the East Coast storm that had Chris Christie hugging Hussein and helped get him elected.

The monsoons made our lives miserable, rain so thick, hard and relentless; as in continuous, never letting up. You would have to have witnessed it to believe it could rain that intensely for 6 mo., then one day it stopped, just like that, and it got so f'king hot you could fry eggs on the sidewalk. Not sure which was worse, both were hell. A VN Vet
