Turns out Natalie Portman was very underage when made to film sex scenes for Romeo and Juilet. She quit the film over it.

This made me go look up Natalie Portman. Her first movie at the age of 12 was Leon, in which Portman plays a child who is in love with an adult (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natalie_Portman):
