The process on SVF works differently from Voat. New accounts need initial approval. I believe this is true only for blue accounts.

What @MadWorld said. Calm down before you jump to conclusions. It works to weed out spammers; i've been able to stop several spammers posting tranny-glorification spam in the Nigger sub for example.
