I saw this review on the book 'Under an Ionized Sky: From Chemtrails to Space Fence Lockdown', recommended in the video and thought it was something worth keeping in mind (there are also good review btw):

"SRM is a dangerous idea worth debating, but this book is intended as disinformation ...As anyone who occasionally glances away from their smartphone could have told you, the skies above our cities and suburbs have been bombarded with visible, questionable aerosols for more than a few decades now. While conventional wisdom tends to dismiss such observations as the unsound thoughts of "conspiracy theorists", the savvier thinker digs deeper.

As it just so happens, in the midst of all these questionable aerosol sightings, there has been a legitimate and widely publicized scientific debate concerning a concept known as "Solar Radiation Management", or SRM. In essence, SRM aims to mitigate the rise in global temperatures by dispersing a whole host of potential aerosols into the stratosphere, blanketing the skies with artificially-seeded clouds, and reflecting a portion of the Sun's radiation back into space.

Sparing ourselves a babe's naivety, we can safely presume that SRM technologies have been and are currently being deployed into the stratosphere without the consent of the public (despite documented proof that these potential aerosol candidates can cause chronic physiological and psychological disorders). Unfortunately, Elana Freeland's "Under an Ionized Sky: From Chemtrails to Space Fence Lockdown" is not about exploring any SRM technologies--a legitimate danger to the human race--as much as it is about spreading fear and disinformation among people new (or seasoned) to the concept.

Elana Freeland strives to make you feel like a fool for ever questioning why our skies behave as strangely as they do. Literally on the 1st page of this book, she bombastically declares that the Twin Towers in Manhattan were not in fact destroyed by Mossad agents, or CIA-funded Al-Qaeda operatives, but Star Trek energy weapons. When you hear something like this, no rational faculty in you can hear more.

Avoid this piece of printed disinformation, do your own "Solar Radiation Management" research, and talk to your friends about it. Leave this piece of fiction where it belongs."

Others who read the book thought it was great, some couldn't read it.

Genius. I think They’ve been posing symptoms for their actions as reasons for doing them for some time. It’s just crazy to think they’d do it globally, in a way which will surely effect themselves and all humanity negatively.

Interesting review, but I wouldn’t be persuaded against reading the book by it.
I have a lot of respect for Joseph’s perspective and what I’ve heard about this lady’s info seems legit and possible to me, including the 9/11 thing.
From what I’ve come across, the chem-trails could be any combination of geo engineering (seeding, screening, and or ionising), or just bug spraying the human’s.
