Likely Scenario: Money gets siphoned into corrupt politician's and Cartel Hands. Crime continues. People flee.

Absolute Best Case scenario: Money actually goes to where it's supposed to go. No jews are involved, so money isn't being needlessly leeched and there's no gatekeeping of important positions. They actually don't create competition with the local farms as in Africa. Infrastructure improves. This attracts more South Americans. Infrastructure is improved, but can't handle huge influx of foreigners. Country quickly tanks again and everybody looks north to America: The Land of Free Gibs. We are back where we started.

Or: Protect our borders. Eject all illegal invaders. Prosecute companies aiding and abetting illegal invaders.
