Would leftists actually target a Christian school church service with a sexualized drag show? Of course they would.

Students at Manhattan’s Grace Church High School say they were supposed to attend Wednesday church services on April 27th, 2021 when they were greeted with a surprise substitution show featuring a dancing drag queen in orange go-go boots called “Brita Filter” (the symbolism of the stage name is unknown). The event was sponsored by “Spectrum,” the school's LGBT support club and members of the school faculty.

The students allege they felt pressured to participate and had to pretend they enjoyed the event. Some Spectrum club members tapped teens on the shoulders and ordered them to stand for the show, while others handed out pride stickers and stated “Take one or you’re homophobic.” Other kids got involved in the show and began twerking in the chapel.
After the dancing was over, Brita discussed being “pansexual.”



Said one student, “It’s notable that this person consistently called themselves fabulous and talented and beautiful. Not just once or twice, but over and over this person reassured themselves that way...”

The inherent narcissism of the pride movement is easily observed.

Beyond the obvious affront to Christian doctrine, the trend of sexualized drag performances for kids sponsored by schools has become an epidemic. Numerous schools over the past year have been caught secretly hosting drag queen shows without asking parents for permission. The wider media exposure of these events has been met with attacks from leftists, claiming that there is no sexualization agenda in schools.

The gaslighting has been rampant and the goal behind trans indoctrination and school drag shows is openly admitted: It's about political activism and normalization.

On TikTok, Brita bragged about the event:

“I literally went to church to teach the children today...A Catholic High School here in NYC invited me to their Pride Chapel. Visibility matters and I’m so honored to have had the chance to talk to you about my work as a LGBTQ+ Drag Queen Activist.”

Grace Church Schools plan to introduce pride events to younger middle schoolers as well, with lessons on the “history of the pride flag” and what it symbolizes.

Students at a ritzy Manhattan private school were reportedly forced to attend a drag show at church as part of its LGBTQ+ pride celebrations earlier this year, according to a report.

Grace Church High School — a progressive independent Episcopal school in the East Village that charges over $59,000 for yearly tuition — invited renowned New York City drag queen Brita Filter [Jesse Havea] to its sixth annual “Pride Chapel” event for a live performance on April 27.

The event was sponsored by the school and organized with the help of the students and faculty advisers in Spectrum — the high school’s LGBTQ+ support club.

“There was tons of social pressure to dance along and pretend like it was normal for sure,” a student who wished to remain anonymous told the conservative Canadian online magazine the Post Millennial, “whether it be people tapping on shoulders and telling them to stand up or just a collective staring contest at whoever wasn’t totally participating.”

One student told the outlet that as Havea approached the altar, he was joined by more dancing students, some of whom started “twerking.”

“I wondered, is this really happening in a chapel?” the student said.

Another student said there was “tons of social pressure to dance along and pretend that this was normal for church.”

In the video, Leonard reveals his 'Love is Love' tattoo. Whether he is aware that that is a known slogan used in representing pedo 'rights', who knows. Nothing in the video would indicate that he does.

Words have to mean something. If “love is love” includes both slurping ice cream cones and gay sex, it means nothing at all.

Intended or unintended, "Love is Love" contains three dangers.

First, all types of love — philia, agape and eros — are reduced to the most debased form of eros — the satisfaction of sexual desire. This is just clapped-out Freudian psychology on steroids. If this confusion were to enter the education system, we can expect ghastly confusion. Children will be taught that lust has no limits and that there is nothing higher than sexual desire.

Second, the vacuous shibboleth of "love is love" is self-defeating. Under its banner we can fit the paedophile North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), or sadomasochistic bondage, or incest or whatever. Does "marriage equality" really accept these as legitimate forms of love? If not, why not?

Third, it is a homeopathic dilution of eros. It undervalues erotic pleasure. Instead of pointing men and women towards self-transcendence, it reduces them to mere instruments of physical satisfaction.

On June 7, the school held its first-ever Pride Chapel event for its lower school, in which Grace Church Schools chaplain Rev. Mark Hummel began the service by sharing a few words on the importance of Pride. Students also learned about the history of the rainbow-colored Pride flag and sat through a reading of “Twas the Night Before Pride” with their parents.

“Pride Chapels, along with the other history and identity-based chapels and assemblies held throughout the year, help empower Grace students to foster a safe and welcoming place for all, in which the diversity of our school is celebrated and lifted up,” the school said about the events.
