Pretty much he says: Guys, you can (keep) print(ing) more money, don't be afraid because this emission won't generate inflation since we're in a crisis and we have a very strict price control policy where we fine and imprison those who don't keep their part of the "agreement".

And this is the opposition to the kirchnerist left-wing regime. Frightening.
