Did you hear Pelosi, urging Pence to invoke the 25th? She now thinks she can get away with impeachment should that not be feasible.

Thereupon Trump can write, no such inability exist. Then Pence and his plotters need to write the same accusation again, meanwhile Pence becomes acting President, until such time, by two-thirds vote of both Houses, it is determined that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

Given the timing, the 20-iest is only 12 ways away.

The question is if Pence is willing to execute such a plot, founded on the premise of no concession. (this is the Dem's Antifa plot)

By the same token they can go for articles of impeachment. These will be executed switftly. Especially, while thinking, because many senators have rejected the contest of de EC votes, they might have a majority to push it through the senate.
