The Netherlands: trannies get reparations and an apology

This Dutch article says that from the mid 80's to 2014, tranny laws meant that if a tran wanted to have its gender changed on its documentation, it had to undergo sex change surgery.
That meant they couldn't reproduce, couldn't have lady penises, etc.
Dutch politicians have apologized for this and all affected trannies are getting a pay out.
