Is that normal to have a seat installed on the grill guard? Is that part of a wildlife refuge tour or did they use their own vehicle?

Normally I would've thought the vehicle belonged to the game park, but the fact there's no ranger with them makes me think it's their own vehicle. His girlfriend is having a freak out (understandably) and says "so what do you have to say?!"
