My friend can't change the email because they can't login to access control panel until they complete registration via an inaccessible registration email.
When they attempt to register their username with a different email account, it says "username is already registered". Of course, thats false.
Can they just wait X time until registration window closes - or can ebil people tie up/block usernames indefinitely with no intent to register/use them?
