Reading between the lines here - Phoenix is an Indian neighbourhood. It's where feral bantus were taught a lesson a few months ago when they went on the rampage. Pretty sure the schoolgirl in question was Indian, the 13 year old "teen" probably a nigger and the motorists who came to the girl's aid were probably Indian. They don't fuck around.
