Okay, couple things. First, the C17 was taxiing which wouldn't have put it in full throttle to blow them away. HOWEVER, there's still enough thrust to create a distinct reaction to those behind the engines. That said, there was also no heat signature coming from behind the engines as it passed. So it is confirmed a deep fake.

Mythbusters also did it with a bus.
