A federal judge ordered the feds to disclose the identities of Ghislaine Maxwell’s “unnamed co-conspirators.”
Ghislaine Maxwell, a longtime pal of Bill Clinton, is currently in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York awaiting trial.
In a three-page ruling, Judge Nathan ordered the government to “disclose all co-conspirator statements it intends to offer at trial no later than” Oct. 11, Law & Crime reported.

Edit: I have no idea but there was a lot of talk about Clare Guinness being questioned by the investigators. Clare Guinness previously known as Clare Hazell is married into Guinness family, same family as Rachel Chandler is married into with Tom Guinness - and is now known as Rachel C. Guinness. Clare Guinness was accused of abuse by Virginia Giuffre.

According to a 2019 report in The Telegraph, prosecutors wanted to speak to Maxwell’s former personal assistant Emmy Tayler, who was named in a batch of unsealed court records in Giuffre’s defamation suit against Maxwell.

Clare Hazell, another Brit who worked for Epstein in the 1990s, was also someone investigators wanted to contact, people with knowledge of the probe told The Daily Beast. The interior designer now goes by the Countess of Iveagh, after she married Edward Guinness of the brewing company dynasty in 2001. (She was listed as Clare Hazell-Iveagh in Epstein’s infamous Little Black Book.)

Prince Andrew reportedly now a 'person of interest' in Jeffrey Epstein investigation

- The Duke of York is a “person of interest” in connection with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, both of whom allegedly ran a child predatory ring.

- Person of interest has no legal bearing.

- In a civil complaint against Prince Andrew, the victim says he sexually abused her at the age of 17 in London home and in the U.S. on three occasions.

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, is a “person of interest” in connection with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, both of whom allegedly trafficked and sexually abused girls and women.

The Guardian reports that Epstein’s friendship with Andrew is part of an investigation into possible co-conspirators, but the duke’s legal team has declined to comment.

Lawyer Mark Stephens told the Guardian that the phrase “person of interest,” which is a term indicating the person has not been arrested or formally accused of any crime, could be used to add pressure on the duke to cooperate.

“Person of interest” has no legal bearing.

“Normally you would say ‘we believe he has information which would assist our inquiries’, or ‘assisting the law enforcement with their inquiries’, or ‘we only see him as a witness but he has important evidence to give.’ All of these are formulations and phrases which are restricted to someone in the capacity of a witness,” said Stephens.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre filed a civil complaint last week against Andrew in Manhattan federal court. Giuffre, who was abused by Epstein, says Andrew sexually abused her at the age of 17 at Maxwell’s London home and in the U.S. on three occasions, according to The Guardian.

Andrew has denied the allegations.

Prosecutors have previously asked Andrew to cooperate during investigations into Epstein and his associates’ alleged trafficking and abuse. However, these prosecutors say Andrew has rejected cooperation and declined requests to schedule an interview, according to The Guardian.

Andrew’s lawyers say this is not the case.

“The Duke of York has on at least three occasions this year offered his assistance as a witness to the US Department of Justice,” the duke's lawyers said in a statement in June last year.

The statement also remarked how the duke was not a targeted interest in the Epstein criminal investigation and that his cooperation was voluntary.

In 2019, it was reported that Epstein committed suicide in a high security prison while awaiting trial on charges of trafficking minors.

His longtime associate Maxwell has pleaded not guilty in her alleged part in procuring teenage girls for Epstein’s sexual desire between 1994 and 2004.

She is expected to go on trial in November.
