Last week, the Zuckerberg group hired two lobbying firms — Peck, Madigan, Jones & Stewart and Fierce, Isakowitz & Blalock. Other consultants involved in the project include former Clinton press secretary Joe Lockhart of the Glover Park Group and Jon Lerner, a Republican strategist.
