I would contact an employment lawyer before you quit. Quitting under duress can be legally the same as a firing, (constructive discharge) but getting a new job after a firing might be more complicated. An employment lawyer would be able to advise you best on the laws in your state.

I have dealt with this issue in the past, the flu shot, and beat it.

Simply tell them that you have allergies. Find a list of ingredients of the vaccine and claim you are allergic to one. I used horse serum. Tell them you need to get an allergy free formula from your physician. You can’t do it at the office, you need to do it in your own doctors office. Once the company nurse realizes she might be dealing with a complicated case that is way beyond her level of training, and could easily cost her her license if anything goes wrong, she won’t want anything to do with you.

So... Was in a hellish taxic work environment. I stopped wearing the mask and then the emails started with CNN as a source. I was seriously thinking of quitting... Standing my ground until fired...
