Billings Police Department got an usual call with a loose sled with dogs running down Jen Mignard was practicing for a mushing competition at Norm's Island in south Billings when she tipped and was left behind. The four dogs kept running. There were reports from the community of the sighting. Officers Dave Firebaugh and Jeremiah Adams, who happen to be K9 officers, were driving when they spotted the dogs. The low speed chase allowed the officers to safely apprehend the sled dogs and return them back to Mignard. Thanks to Billings Police Department for providing the dash cam footage.
