Well-known fact but surprisingly little information out there.
Portland, Oregon- back in the 80-90's there was a gay club called the Old City Night Club.
It was shutdown in the mid 90's after an FBI raid uncovered a pedophilia ring- in the back room they were filming young teenage boys.
Owner of the building is Arlene Schnitzer... who owns several buildings including a concert hall.
Address is 13 NW 13th Ave.

That's one PoE. They're all over. Dark history in PDX- these tunnels were used in human-trafficking way back in the day. Random bar-flies would get drugged or passout from alcohol, then wake up on workships as slaves. The mayor would also use the tunnels at night to secretly travel to brothels. The roots of Portland = human trafficking.

Voodoo Donuts? I'm not local, just remembered the tunnels and researched on the web. Couldn't find a decent map.

Lanny Swerdlow- owner of the aforementioned club- has a connection to Frank Faillace (owner of Dantes, across the street from Voodoo Donuts). Swerdlow was a previous owner of building that Dantes now resides.
