If we look at the pattern of how and where the Archons operate and feed, it seems as if they need to either expend a lot of their energy to feed on humans. now if you look at the type of victims they use its either bid ridden cripples who cant fight against them, or small children who dont have the strength to fight these creatures. Which suggests that the Archon's do not have any physical strength in comparison to a human. So the Archon's have had great difficulty adapting to our world and form of existence.
Which leads to a curious question; Where do the Archons go, when they are not feeding?
Its my contention that the Archons are so paranoid about losing their energy, that they will spend extended periods in hibernation.
If you look at nature you will see different types of animal that go into hibernation to survive. Bats are a good prime example; In a state of decreased activity where the body temperature and metabolism decreases, is especially useful for microbats, as they use a large amount of energy while active, depend upon an unreliable food source, and have a limited ability to store fat. Nocturnal bats have a conflict between travelling and eating. The energy saved reduces their need to feed, and also decreases the duration of migration, which may prevent them from spending too much time in unfamiliar places, and decrease predation.
The Archons will share a similar form of Torpor/hibernation. When they cannot get access to a steady supply of blood and Adrenochrome, the Archon will go into a state of Torpor until they can "sense" any sickly humans or children near to them. (Like a shark that can "smell" blood in the water).
This is why the Archons latched on to European churches so quickly; they supplied a ready source of people who would turn up thinking that they were having a spiritual experience, but in reality they were simply food for the Archons. The Archons who have attached themselves to those European churches, will hibernate in close proximity to those feeding plates/churches.
However the problem we have is that the Archon's form of Torpor/hibernation could be years, even decades. An Archon once fed sufficiently could go into an extended period of decades, long after several generations have passed, and then reactivate itself to begin feeding on the local population again. And again that future generation would not know that this happened before. And the same mistakes would be repeated with the population thinking that they are special or "chosen", when they are going to be the victims of the Archon feeding cycle.
Now this leads to the question; Do we have the capability to find an Archon that is hibernating? And kill it?
I dont know.
Would we even know what to look for? Or what it would look like or appear as?
Also there could be synchronicity between regional wars on this planet , and the reappearance of the Archons. Once a war has begun the Archon will wake from its hibernation and make a direct line to the war zone to feed on the misery, and the release of Adrenochrome. Look at the gaps between wars between say 1950 and 2010. Look at the gaps between the wars, to see if a pattern emerges.
