Without a tunnel outside of China no account can be created and no existing account can be logged into.

AFAIK voat doesn't block IPs from China.

It's in fact your ISP's DNS who blocks voat on Cellular networks (confirmed by friends who are living there and use voat).

I've been confirmed that voat login works on both Unicom and China Mobile.
