Dated info but far from worthless. I know of newer but also old info that pegs American elites at 11% Jewish for example.
It provides some basic paramaters - parameters that you meme propagandists don't even have and which your target audience are also ignorant of. If you wish to challenge the info you're either going to have to demonstrate how social science data is total bullshit or demonstrate how Jews, a basically dying demographic, has massively jumped from 11% since the 80s and 90s. You're very unlikely to do any of that convincingly so the upshot of this is that it once again demonstrates how full of shit you people are.

There are definitely some disproportions there. I would think that more than 17% of America is Catholic (or at least used to be) and fewer than 11% are Jewish.
Of course we also have to consider what an "elite" is. Not all elites have similar levels of influence. Tom Monaghan would perhaps be an example of an Irish Catholic "elite", but in practice he has very little influence over American culture or law.

Yeah, Jews are overrepresented. Catholics are somewhat underrepresented. Not too surprising given that a lot of them are Slavs and such.
But this keye in on the bankruptcy of the 'overrepree ntation' narrative anti-Semites spam everyone with. When you're 2-3% of the population and 11-12% of elites you're overrepresented but still outnumbered by Catholics.
And yeah, some elites are more equal than others. Some of the categories in this article - which I will get to - include media, civil servants, labor, and business. As a sneak preview Jews outnumber Catholics in media almost 2-1.

Looking at these numbers and bearing in mind they are almost 37 years old... I would wager the WASP numbers have dropped off a good chunk whilst the minority number has jumped a good chunk. Jews and Catholics are probably fairly static - though the influx of Hispanics has probably spiked the Catholic number some.
