I listened to the Georgia Hearings all day.

Admittedly, I tweeted during them (prolifically).

But I also wrote down some things that I freely give to you now.

The morning session was with Secretary of State and Elections Officials as witnesses.

My notes are somewhat shorthand, but you may get the gist.

No technicians at every polling station in primaries, but in Nov 3 did have them at all 255 locations. (This was disputed by at least two witnesses in the afternoon Judiciary Committee meeting.)

Every year a delay or technical issues -- continuous problem. (My question, "Should Fulton County be restructured into smaller counties?" )

These processes were described and witness advised it was intent to follow Secretary of State procedures.

Fulton County.

130,000+ Absentee Ballots (10x more in Fulton County than other counties).

"Absentee Ballots most work intensive form of voting for Elections Offices."

Republicans chose not to certify Fulton County. (They did not was confirmed by another witness.). Could not testify as to why, but offered to send link to video of the meeting to GA Senate. Witness testified they didn't know if this has ever occurred in the past.

Charlotte NC mentioned.

May be related to discussion of the Mobile Voting units that was new and put into place in Fulton County.

The "Emergency Rule" was used to count early.

Described "Deal" made with Steve Coon, Atlanta Hawks GM, to use State Farm Arena for additional polling location.
Made the deal in "5 minutes".

(Have many suspicions about this "State Farm" deal, but didn't write them down in my notes. )

Did not see orchestrated effort to manipulate...

Described how water main break was overblown rhetoric.

Reported 38 dropboxes, all under video surveillance. (My question: any requests for the surveillance videos?)

It gets blurry from here in my notes...these may be from afternoon session during Judiciary Hearing.

My questions:

1. Why would anyone change programming Prior to a general election?

2. Who does that programming and what controls are in place?

3. Are These changes tested according to the laws of GA prior to deployment?

My comments:

Fulton County "Bearhug Approach" doesn't instill voter trust.

"Rabbit holes are really sometimes honey badger holes.". There's TRUTH found in both - - to those who dare look for TRUTH.

Secretary of State monitors were mentioned. Said it was primarily a "communications" issue. (My snarkiness comment: "narrative" or "messaging" issue.)

Here's where afternoon Judiciary notes start.

Ballots were found under the table (the shocking incriminating video), estimated ~3000 counted during fake water leak outage of about 2 hours.

Big runaround described that ended in no response from Secretary of State's office, even after formal records request was made more than once.

It took testifying before GA Senators to get her issue resolved by the My Voter Info site check assistance.
