Looks like she had skin removed from her eyelids. It's a common procedure, and likely done recently -- so she's swollen from the procedure.

What job was it?

If she had plastic surgery done, what is the recovery period? Can this be plotted on her timetable for not being seen in public? Radio does not count.

If she had appearances in public, tv only? Who did she meet or are we looking at a messy cgi job/greenscreen hiding behind a bad internet connection

You can do those procedures and be healing within 7 days (go out in public). Brow lift, eye lift (eyelid skin removal), fillers, botox. A facelift requires more time to recover.

The eyebrows on the left maintain a constant state of anger/aggression/directness...the eyebrows on the right look like they’ve been tattooed ‘upwards’.
