David Cicilline, D-RI, is on the House Judiciary Committee and was sporting this bling a la Pelosi today. I didn't see him do the overt diddling of the bracelet like Pelosi, but it is a pretty obvious fashion statement IMO. Does anyone else wear these?

No shit Lurker. She hates guns but she's totally into bullets. I can't really see what that guy is wearing, is it fired and deformed bullets? Odd shapes or maybe I'm just missing it.
