It appears to be a screen edit. It is quite possible that the guys (2 maybe) from preview.goatpen.co are involved. We may never know, since goatpen.co went offline. But I would believe it when I see it.

I think it was TurdLord5000 who came up with two versions of the UI. In this third version, someone just overlaid the word
space over Voat's logo.
