My current gf, and pretty much every previous gf, seems to be PMSing about 75% of the time, maybe even more really. Sorta makes me wonder if this might just be her personality, and if this might just be how all women are... bitchy.

It's real. It's to do with hormonal fluctuations. How do I know? I've been a woman all my life.

From observing many women over the decades, I'd say it's real, but only affects some women. Some seem unaffected entirely, most are mildly affected and a few are seriously affected. I'd add that many of the latter seem to be people who have personality disorders anyway, so it could just be a manifestation of their inability to deal with what is a minor inconvenience to most.

I was never crazy bitchy, but every month like clock work I had serious brain fog. Once I figured that out, I just arranged my work around those couple of dayz.

Both. It's a real thing and women can,and have,use it as a "get out of bitch free" card. Personally,I prefer women who can own up to their mistakes. It's hot.
