Nope. Went down from around 16:30UTC till around 21:30UTC. If it was visible anywhere it must have been cached.

Nope. Went down from around 16:30UTC till around 21:30UTC. If it was visible anywhere it must have been cached.
There's a test comment in the chat that was entered while it was down. It was down by 14:00UTC by my calculations.

There's a test comment in the chat that was entered while it was down. It was down by 14:00UTC by my calculations.
My log shows the downtime was roughly between 16:41 and 21:24 UTC, which agrees with @SearchVoat's estimation. The timestamp from the chatlog shows the time to be 14:54 UTC, which was before the downtime.

Mine is as well, the chat message was 9:54am CST. I wasn't able to get on from 9am onward.
