Webp was originated from google. It has had serious vulnerabilities and is considered unsafe to share. This 0day was from 10 months ago. If I remember correctly, there was another one that allowed an attacker to traverse through the directories on the server side.

That user was the first to send abusive private messages to my inbox when I joined Voat many years ago.

I think that account is suspicious . It went from sharing regular image/video links straight to hardcore webp links. Oh well, that is talkloli's problem
