That's the manual for a high caliber machine gun, made in apartheid South Africa and used to kill kaffers. It has special anti-kaffer ammunition that explodes when it comes into contact with non-whites. It was deemed so dangerous that NATO invaded the country back in 1977 and destroyed all caches of the kaffer-killing firearms. Almost all of them.

Unfortunately, some slipped through the cracks and are still in the hands of racist colonists, and still being used to gun down kaffers en masse. There used to be several news articles per day about the mass-killings but the newspapers stopped reporting them in order to prevent copycats.

And here we see a white farmer circling around the scared freedom fighters, waiting for his chance to mow them all down with his brutal, racist weaponry.
