EDIT: If you are inside locked down area D.C. area your cars are locked inside the parking buildings, if you want to take your car out you have to contact the SS. All cars will be searched before you can drive out with an escort, and you cannot drive the cars back in.

There's a theory/prediction floating around that Joe Biden's health is deteriorating and he is going to be killed in a false flag operation at the inauguration ceremony that would falsely put the blame on Trump supporters. The 20,000 troops in the area would make it so that no civilians are able to actually witness and film what happened. That would stop the investigations into his family's corruption and the election fraud, put Kamala Harris in the White House, spark a big push for strict gun laws, and provide motivation for a persecution of all Trump supporters, effectively ending the movement and tarnishing its reputation forever. The left would suddenly have everything they want.
