It's the boers that are stealing the firearms so that they can shoot each other and blame the ANC.
Everybody knows, since way before 1994, that the ANC and SACP have been one with the people of South Africa, and they would never allow any corruption as is mentioned the article.
Why would one take over a whole country and then allow the government officials to be corrupt? That's a typically white thing to do.
