Seems like it's going to be. I was lucky. The other day I was at Cabela's and they didn't have shit...literally nothing but a couple packs of primers 6.5 Creedmoor bullets. I thought "fuck" and walked around for other stuff. About 10 minutes later I went back and they had rationed out about 12 boxes of green-tip 5.56. Side note: I didn't want to be rude so I only took 1 box (the notice above said 5 boxes max, but I think that was between all types of ammo). After that, I was curious if others would do the same. So I stood by for about 5 minutes and watched while other people noticed the rounds there. Everyone only took 1 box. It was only whites (in an outdoors store, obviously), so I didn't see any nogs come and take 5 boxes.
