If a mentally ill perverse man can self identify as a woman just cause he "feels like it", then why shouldn't an obese fugly slut be able to self identify as an anorectic?

The claim is that she has 'atypical anorexia'. Which is about meaningless as it comes if you read the definition. The article is more akin to a photo shoot for men who get off on fat women. Regardless of how Tess sees herself, she's clearly an attention hog. /s
