The jewish funded cANCer government amended firearms legislation around 2000, aided and abetted by the Soros funded Gun Free South Africa. The effect of the changes really kicked in around 2004 and here you see the result. (((Hands))) are being rubbed over this.

That's the plan. Instead of a license for life, you now have to reapply every 5 years and they make it so difficult that you lose the will to live. If you are so much as one day late with reapplication, they come to your house and take your gun away (if you are White).
