Holocough rule breakers publicly shamed in china

This is similar to another video I saw from China, where people were paraded on the back of trucks, holding various signs that make no sense to a westener, before being held down in front of a sand dune (or something) and shot in the head.
It's kinda like that, except for the shot in the head part.
