Bunch of coloreds had "their" land taken from them during Apartheid. Now has homes on it.
Communist government "gives" it back to them.
Second comment on the video:
> Wonderful giving land but what's land without jobs,
hope there is service delivery
the problem are not over yet, gratitude is short lived,
maar God moet kom
"Getting free stuff if wonderful, but we want more!"
Unless, of course, I'm completely misunderstanding the whole thing. Were the current owners compensated?

Well first off, I LOVE the fact he insisted in soeaking Afrikaans, while the bitch who interviewed him who is clearly Afrikaans-speaking feels the need to speak English. So they plan to build varous facilities - with what money? Don't worry, the (((lenders))) will be standing by to make funds available and get them into the most horrendous debt.
I'd also like to know whether the current owners were compensated. Here are some picks I took in Paternoster in 2014. It's a prime seaside location with stunning white-washed cottages.

Yeah, they want to build a mall... Why?
Anyways, that place looks like it's very expensive. That means those coloreds just got a whole shitton of money gifted to them. Viva Mandela!

The reason it's so charming is because it doesn't have a fucking mall. Oh well.....

Story behind the pic of the 2 little boats. I was with my nephew and his girlfriend. Kids being kids, they decided to drive onto the beach which is obviously strictly against the law. Next minute these nigger cops came charging at us with guns blazing, asking us what the fuck we thought we were doing. Being kaffers they spoke English and my nephew can barely string a sentence together in English. I looked the other way and pretended I was foreign
In the end they told us to get the fuck out of Paternoster and never to come back.

No wonder South Africa has such a booming tourism industry!
That promise sounds like it was easily kept.

It's also known for the following scam: Coloureds stand by the side of the road hawking "crayfish". You pay , take the box and drive. When you open it, you find rocks covered in newspaper.
