What was lacking in the old Genderbread Person was the ability to define intensities of identification, or the amount of -ness one possesses. What’s lacking in other models is the ability to define intensity independently for the two major aspects of gender. Our new model comes up spades in both.

It doesn't come off as more clown world than this:

The author, Sam Killermann, appears to be a 'relatively benign' (not a hardline communist social justice activist) person who is making a living using the current 'social justice' + 'gender' appeal of our times to spread his Candyland hokum of gender politics. He utilizes his skills as a performer by creating primary book explanations of genderists' ideology. Or should I say 'ideology -ness'? and in Mr. Killermann's case: 'claptrap -ness'.

I wrote the show that became “It’s Pronounced Metrosexual” while I was in grad school.

It was my “Plan B” for if I don’t find a job in higher education. We were still in a recession, and jobs were tough to come by.

The online resource aspect of IPM [It's Pronounced Metrosexual], by about 100-fold the most popular byproduct of the site, was the result of a suggestion by my partner at the time.

Today, I travel to perform the show, and regularly contribute to the online resource by writing articles and doodling edugraphics.

There's been a mostly peaceful protest at genderbread university ...



No pronouns were hurt and the university had plenty of stupidity insurance.

Professor of non-specified gender studies (pictured left) and the person everyone knew as 'Martin' (pictured on the right) survived unscathed.
