Actually it has been announced, I saw it on the news here that the UK is restricting travel from the southern countries of Africa.

Yes but I meant the next lockdown hasn't been announced yet. I've got an audio file of someone saying he was in a meeting with govt officials a week ago and it was decided then.
Kids are finishing their year end final exams on 1 Dec so I reckon it will be announced on 2 Dec. Just in time for the 6 week summer hols that start a week or so after. It's when everyone goes on their Christmas/summer holidays and they're going to time it to fuck that up for everyone. Probably with another ban on alcohol sales so the ministers can make a quick buck with their bootlegging operations.
