Illegal censorship vs illegal prosecution: when clowns collide in New Mexico

In New Mexico a group of people known as the New Mexico Civil Gaurd were doing the government's job of defending public property against bolsheviks. One bolshevik got shot (by someone not even in the group) and instead of prosecuting the criminals, the Civil Gaurd instead got prosecuted. One problem, Facebook had already deleted the evidence of criminal wrong think.
