I haven't even read that! It's what came in the box when you put this phpBB site about 24 hours ago. If there's anything in it specifically that bothers you let me know and I'll take a look.
EDIT: I see what you mean about the last para. I'll work on that now.
EDIT 2: Ok I've pruned back the last para. You can see the updated T&C here: ucp.php?mode=terms
I removed "abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated" because isn't that what we're here for? But I've left in "material that may violate any laws" until I can get a handle on what my legal exposure is. Let me know if you still have issues with it.

The only thing I can see there being as an issue is the hosting ( Canada ) in regards to "hate speech" laws.
